Q : What will you do if there is problem in quality?
A : We assure that our products meet quality standards. If any problem in quality, we will give feedback within three workdays, and appoint technicians to solve it on the spot if necessary. We promise to exchange products or compensate for your loss, if the quality problem charges upon us.

Q :What is the minimum quantity of order?
A :

It is general condition and shall be reconfirmed before order.
Remarks: we can also handle order below the minimum quantity with higher surcharge.

Q : How long Is The Delivery Date of products?
A : In order to meet prompt delivery requirement of customers, we usually keep some stock level for prompt delivery. Generally speaking, The delivery date of our products is from 30 to 45 days.

Q : What is general terms of payment?
A : We can accept L/C at sight, or 30% TT in advance, 70% TT before shipment.

Q :Can we produce sample according to customer’s design and color?
A : Yes, we can produce sample for customer’s design according to counter sample or written instruction. We can dye any color according to customer’s PANTONE No. or color sample .

Q : What kind of information is necessary for making sample of customer ‘s own design?
A : We prefer to have counter sample from customer or detailed written instruction.

Q : How long will it take for sampling?
A : Usually it will take 15-30 days for sampling, depending on different sampling items.

Q : How much will it cost for sampling?
A : Usually we will ask for sampling charge for producing sample for customer. The sample charge usually include 2 parts. One is sample cost, which is not refundable. Second part is sample surcharge,which is refundable after bulk order.

Q : Can we send the sample to your part?
A : Yes, but you need to pay the international express, which is refundable after bulk order.

Q : How long will we reply to customer inquiry?
A : Normally speaking, we will reply to every inquiry within 1-2 days, for safety sake, if customer does not get any reply within 3-4 days, we strongly recommend you to call us to avoid any loss of your mail or fax.

Q : What kind of information is required for an inquiry?
A : We strongly recommend customer to provide full details of your company and clear explanation of your interest. More detailed inquiry usually will have quicker reply.
